What happens during the appointment

We start by talking through your goal shade, how often you like to visit, and what your hair can comfortably handle.

Your colour is then applied with careful sectioning and placement, followed by processing time. If your tone needs refining, we will recommend a toner to keep the colour looking balanced and fresh. Please allow around 135 minutes in total, depending on your hair.

Aftercare and keeping your colour looking good

To keep highlights glossy and in good condition, we will talk you through a simple plan you can stick to at home.

• Use heat protection when blow drying or styling
