What happens in your appointment

We start with a consultation and a plan, so you know what we are refreshing and what we are leaving alone. Lightener is applied in a controlled way to targeted sections, then checked and rinsed at the right point for your hair.

If you would benefit from a toner or gloss to soften warmth, add coolness, or improve shine, we will talk you through it. Allow around two hours, depending on thickness and what your existing colour needs.

Aftercare and keeping it looking fresh

To keep your balayage looking good for longer, focus on gentle cleansing, heat protection, and regular conditioning. If you use toning products at home, we will recommend what suits your shade so it stays flattering rather than overly cool or dull.
